Condo, Studio, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms (Sleeps 6-8)

Relax in your 3 bedroom, 3 bath, elegantly appointed, spacious 2100 square foot, direct ocean front luxury rental. Our first floor unit is 'direct swim-in/swim-out' pool, ocean front, no elevators or stairs, with a master suite that has an incredible view of the sunrise. Great for children and adults to access the swimming pool and make their way right back home.

All rooms include flat screen TV's, blue-ray DVD players, high speed WiFi internet and iPhone capable clock radios. The living room hosts a 55' Smart TV with PS3 console and games.

The kitchen is 'fully appointed' with granite, glass backsplash and under mounted cabinet lighting. All appliances are stainless and brand new. Everything from a stand-alone kitchen aid mixer, Keurig gourmet coffee maker to a flat screen TV in the kitchen.

The Living room is set up for complete relaxation with an electric ambient fireplace, plush sleeper sofa from Jennifer Convertibles and an electric reclining leather chair. Both the living and dining area have excellent views of the pool and ocean.

Our unit also includes Bright House cable with HBO, HD and a DVR to record and not miss your favorite shows. If you want to watch Netflix on the 55' Smart TV just plug in your member ship info and you are ready to go. We have also included several recently released blue-ray movies and a classic wooden Scrabble game to end your day.

Booking your Stay:

Opus 104 has very active owners that check email regularly, respond quickly, and are always ready to assist. In fact we actually live full time only 34 miles away. While the owners personally respond to all VRBO inquiries and have the final say on reservations/rates, guests will eventually be directed to Ms. Trina Sulik of Surf Coast Properties to confirm reservations and make payments. This rental agency is very experienced, very professional, and is an important contact. Once you have made a reservation, they become your primary contact. They will prepare all your paperwork and give you all the information you need for your stay at our beautiful beach.

This condo is so elegantly appointed the pictures speak for themselves. Walking directly from the unit to the water and enjoying the spectacular views as in other higher units is a major plus. My wife and I often eat pool side by just walking out of the sliding glass doors onto the huge pool area that feels like it belongs strictly to us!

What makes this condo unique

This 'true' ground floor set up lets you walk out of the master bedroom or living room and right into the pool or even the ocean! No elevators, just swim out.

Great condo on the beach!

We had an opportunity to stay at this fantastic condo. VERY spacious and could have easily accommodated more than our family of 4. Beautiful well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops. Artfully decorated. Walks out to the pool. We could lie on the couch and watch the waves. The beaches were not crowded and the sand pristine. The grocery store was in easy walking distance. We only stayed for a week but would be a great place for an extended stay. The owners were very gracious and helped with making our stay easy. PS. Don't miss dinner at Mama Catfish but make reservations early.

My family and I have been fortunate enough to travel a lot over the past 20 years and I will have to say that this property would have to rank as #1 of all places we have stayed. The apartment is beautiful, very big in size, every amenity known to mankind and the view and location are second to none. When you rent online you sometimes get nervous wondering what you will arrive to, however with this property you couldn't ask for anything else, it even included 4 bicycles to ride on the beach. Very clean upon arrival, tons of towels for showers and beach and the maintenance man taking care of the entire building never stopped working from 7am until early afternoon. Overall I would rate this apartment as an 11 out of 10, INCREDIBLE.....
