Las Tres Vistas is an architecturally-designed waterfront home with a deepwater dock located near Roche Harbor on San Juan Island. This three-bedroom custom home sleeps up to eight and is available by the day or by the week with seasonal rates priced to provide exceptional value at any time of year.
The deepwater dock, available from mid-April through mid-October, can accommodate vessels 60 feet in length and is included in the rental rate for the home.
Las Tres Vistas is perched at the east tip of Davison Head, on the north end of beautiful San Juan Island. With over 500' of waterfront and 270-degree water views, you'll never want to leave. Enjoy watching the boats and wildlife as you relax on the deck or while having a meal in the dining room.
Walk, drive or boat to nearby Roche Harbor Resort to enjoy its amenities. Take a walking tour of the historic location, including the family mausoleum and recently restored lime kilns. Bathe yourself in luxury at the resort's Afterglow Spa and indulge your shopping needs at its shops and kiosks. There's even a chandlery and marine service shop, for those who arrive by boat.
With three restaurants, two bars and a grocery store, the resort could satisfy all your dining requirements by itself. But you will also want to visit the small town of Friday Harbor, only 20 minutes away on the east side of the island. There you will find more dining, shopping and cultural opportunities.
Las Tres Vistas offers three bedrooms, each with a water view and each with its own bathroom. The main level master is furnished with a king-sized bed and looks out to Neil Bay. The two lower level bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All three bedrooms have exterior access.
For larger groups, an interior bedroom on the lower floor has a queen-sized futon. This room does not have its own bathroom.
Getting here is truly half the fun. Most who visit San Juan Island take a Washington State Ferry from Anacortes, but there are many other options available, including private boat, commercial passenger ferry, and private or commercial airplane.
If you plan to come any time between mid-May and September, you can take the Victoria Clipper from Seattle. Or bring your own boat and moor it on the private dock at Las Tres Vistas for the duration of your stay. (The private dock is unavailable mid-October through mid-April.)
There are also several options available to those who choose to come by air, including scheduled flights on San Juan Airlines or Kenmore Air, and chartered flights on Northwest SkyFerry or Westwind Aviation.
