The condo provides you with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the semi private den. This smoke-free condo is located within Waterlefe Golf and River Club, a prestigious, 24 hour guarded/gated beautifully landscaped community.

About Brent and Sandy Smith

We (Brent and Sandy Smith) are full time homeowners in Waterlefe. Originally seasonal renters, we became homeowners 3 years ago when both retired 'early.' Brent is originally from Whitby, Ontario and Sandy is from the cold state of Minnesota. We were both in the service industry for many (many) years and understand the importance of excellent service. We enjoy golfing and participate in many of the Waterlefe events that take place throughout the year. We would be happy to have and/or assist you with participation in many of the numerous events that take place. Because we are full time residents, we are always available to immediately respond to our tenants needs.

We love the East Bradenton area and this property is superior in that it provides you with beautiful sunrises to enjoy with your morning coffee and sunshine all day long. In addition, privacy is foremost as the condo is located at the end of a dead-end cul-de-sac overlooking two ponds and the first hole where you can relax and enjoy watching golfers start their game. This comfortably decorated condo sleeps up to six, provides privacy, plentiful parking, a beautiful water and golf course view, eastern exposure, panoramic windows, a short walk (3 minutes) to the River Club which offers fine dining, full bar, a Jr. size Olympic pool, swim side tiki bar, 24 hour fitness center and fitness classes. This pristine property is located within 30 minutes of Gulf Beaches including Siesta Beach, voted the #1 beach in the world in 2011. Also close by are many other well known beaches, Ana Maria Island, Longboat/Lido Key. Shopping is a short drive away at the world renowned St Armand's Circle and the Ellington Outlet Mall is only a short 8 minute drive. The condo location is conducive to everything you would ever want to do or see in Southwest Florida!
