2800 sq. ft. home with all the room for your large group. Our home has 3 bedrooms, a spacious loft with a trundle bed, a full basement with 2 twins. There are 2 sofa beds, one in the den and one in the basement. There is a wood burning fireplace, TV, Dish satellite, DVD, in the den. In the basement there is a TV, VCR, Playstation 2, video games, movies, game table and a Foosball table, as well as the half bath. In the loft there is a small TV, VCR and DVD player.
There is a deck that wraps around the back of the house with a grill and patio furniture.
Our house sits on 4 acres and has direct access to hiking trails, plus lots of room for sledding (we have sleds). For the walkers/runners, Vail Loop is 2 miles.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need, as well as condiments, spices, flour, sugar, etc. All you need is food. There is a coffee pot, microwave, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher ,Barista machine, and a toaster oven. There is a full size washer/dryer.
