Located in the prestigious, and exclusive Las Arenas complex, Island Passion is an upscale ground floor, spacious beachfront 1-bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms and commanding views of the sugar sand and turquoise waters of Simpson Beach.

The contemporary large kitchen with silver stone counter top, stainless steel appliances including a Convection Oven, Jenn-Aire refrigerator, and built-in wine cooler is fully equipped for cooking in if desired. The master bedroom contains a plush, deluxe king bed complete with views and sounds of the Sea. Island Passion is an extremely comfortable and large 1-bedroom unit. The 2nd full bathroom is an added bonus.

Massive sliding glass doors disappear directly into the walls and embrace both the living room and bedroom providing walk out access to the private terraces. Wake up refreshed to the sound of sea at your doorstep.

Island Passion is a 2-person rental, but 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper sofa for an added cost.

Las Arenas is a 12-unit private condo building offering gated off street parking, inter-com system, night security guard with a canine team member, and a generator to ensure no electrical interruptions
