OK - if you've done your research then you will have discovered that SPLASH is the NEWEST, most UNIQUE, luxury Sterling beachfront condominium development along the Gulf Coast. Here's why our two bedroom unit is one of the best available!

Professionally decorated with exceptional quality and upgrades throughout. We have the Windsong floor plan, which includes Two Master Oceanfront Bedrooms, two spacious baths plus three Bunk beds and a sleeper sofa, so the unit sleeps up to nine comfortably. This 1505 square foot floor plan is the best because Both Master Bedrooms and the Living Room overlook 400 feet of sugar white sand beaches and the beautiful emerald green ocean water of the Gulf. Plus, our unit is an End unit on the 19th floor with a spacious private 335 square foot balcony, which is accessible from both masters and the living area.

Our unit features a king oceanfront master, another king oceanfront master, a queen sleeper sofa, and three bunk beds, sleeping nine. We have a full entertainment center with 3 new HD TV's, audio/video, internet, ceiling fans and wonderful artwork. With the large breakfast bar in the kitchen seating four and the dining area seating six, there's plenty of room for ten! The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and every modern appliance, and the unit has a full-size washer and dryer.

SPLASH is beautifully landscaped with a full-fledged kids water-park environment: five pools, including a lazy river, two heated pools, and two kid's pools with lots of toys and fun interaction. In addition, SPLASH features dive-in movies, a fitness center, an arcade, a beach bar, and day camps for the kids.

About Tina Irvine

After a family vacation to Panama City Beach in 2011 we decided we wanted to purchase a condo in Panama City Beach. The beautiful beaches, easy access, and family friendly atmosphere at Splash made it a natural choice. We share the condo ownership with Jeff and Tiffany Bush and their four children. We build great family memories in this condo and enjoy sharing the beautiful unit with others when we are not using it.

This beautiful, spacious condo met all our needs. It was tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds, large showers, well appointed kitchen, as well as gorgeous views. We happened to be there for a record cold spell in May so the heated pools and hot tub were much appreciated. After a few days it warmed up and I loved the beach! Families and children should love staying at Splash for the water park, pools, and expansive beach. Panama City Beach has a wide variety of activities that should appeal to all ages and interests. We enjoyed Pier Park, took a party boat for fishing, lazed on the beach, but there is so much more. Our favorite restaurant was Saltwater Grill. Excellent! I would love to stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
