Convenient to everything on Tybee, this bungalow is a 6-block walk to the Tybee pier and Tybrisa Street with all of the shopping and restaurants there! 3 blocks from the island grocery store! Located right off of Butler Avenue on 9th Street, everything you want (beach, dining, shopping and sightseeing) is a short walk or bike ride away! Separate back studio apartment with private entry is perfect for families traveling together! Free high speed internet & WiFi and cable TV.

We support Sea Turtles in Georgia and around the world. The Tybee Sea Turtle Project has been working very hard to increase the number of loggerhead sea turtle nests. 2012 was a record-breaking year in large part because of our successful 'Lights Out For Sea Turtles' education we've helped sponsor. All our homes feature a starter supply of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee which supports the sea turtle projects. This coffee is 100% organic Columbian craft-brewed coffee created just for us!

Last minute spring break

For a last minute reservation, everything was great. If only the bungalow backed up to the beach, it would have been perfect, but absolutely great anyway!

The "Beach Boys Bungalow" was the second cottage I've rented from Mermaid Cottages on Tybee Island in the past year. Once again, the funky Tybee charm and hospitality both come through in a most enjoyable way. Affordable, clean, fun, and highly recommended!

Had a blast at the Beach Boys Bungalow

This bungalow was absolutely perfect! It's very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, great amenities, & only a hop & a skip from the beach. My family & I had a marvelous time, just wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back & I have told all my friends about Mermaid Cottages. Thanks to the entire staff - Diane, Jan, Michelle, Bill - just to name a few. Everyone was extremely nice, accommodating, & easy to talk with.

The location was great. The house was very clean and well stocked. The management company was very helpful, returned calls promptly, and called to see if we needed anything while we were there. Will definitely use Mermaid Cottages again.
