Tastefully furnished throughout. Beautiful covered veranda with generous seating and fire pit to enjoy those cool eves. Views and wildlife abound. Easy access to nearby dining, shopping, golf and resorts, biking, hiking and more. Enjoy the outdoor covered patio with lovely fire pit to warm up on our cool nights. If you enjoy nature and the outdoors while maintaining your privacy, this is the place to call home while you are away.

About Brent Pichler

Owners have lived on this property for 14 years. There are 2 guest houses sitting on their own parcel which have been used for famlily and guests over the years. The property has been completely renovated, capturing the essence of Tucson foothills living. Owners are business owner and physician who love home and want to share their piece of heaven for those looking for a retreat from life.

Why Brent Pichler chose Tucson

Our home was one of the original properties built in the Catalina Foothills. Stars such as Elizabeth Taylor looked at this home and considered it as one of her many possible locations. It is situated at the end of FingerRock wash, with the main house sitting on a 35' cliff. It was known as Owl Cliff because of the many owls that have taken up residency here over the years. The property was also equestrian property as is the surrounding area. There are hiking/mountain biking trails just outside of your front door.

What makes this bungalow unique

While quietly secluded from the main day to day

activities of city living, our residence is within 5 minutes from some of the most exclusive Tucson shopping plazas, restaurants and resorts. We loved having access to Sabino Canyon, Fingerrock trails to hike, venture and just enjoy a day outside in the beautiful Tucson climate.

A fabulous place to stay in Tucson, perfectly located, and great accomodations

We stayed in the guest house, rather than the bungalow, but both are great. Brent gave us good suggestions for meals and was very helpful in all ways. The swamp cooler kept the place cool when needed, but usually opening the windows at night and closing it up during the middle of the day worked great. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night, so we had good sleeps and a wonderful stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
