About Jon Lanclos

As a Texas Real Estate Broker, we created this beautiful second home for our family several years ago. We live in Houston and have visited Galveston since we were kids.

Why Jon Lanclos chose Sea Isle

This property is truly unique. It was remodeled extensively after Hurricane Ike. We fell in love with the amenities of Sea Isle subdivision and decided this is where we want to own property. This property is one canal back from Galveston Bay and is situated perfectly in the subdivision. When there are whitecaps on the Bay, you can still swim just fine in the canal. Being on the Bay, we do not get pounded by the Gulf winds. We are one canal back from the Bay so the water cycles fresh due to the tides. You are only blocks from the private Sea Isle beach and also have the use of the Tennis Courts, Neighborhood Pool, Fishing Pier and Kids Playground.

The amenities of this home are almost too many to name, but I will try. Canal deck over the water, Gold Cart, Horseshoe Pit, Hammock Swings, Front Porch Decks, Downstairs Tiki Bar, Ring Toss Game, Fishing off Deck, French Doors off Upper Decks, Flat Screen TV's, Cable Television, WIFI internet, Ceiling Fans, Sky Deck overlooking Galveston Bay and sunsets, Bay and Canal views on every level
