Coon Street Cottage is located right in the heart of vibrant Kings Beach - walk to the beach, shops, dining, movie theater, miniature golf; or catch the bus to casinos, skiing and more!

This charming property has two bedrooms with brand-new mattresses: a large king bedroom with a twin futon, and a bunk bedroom also with a twin futon. The living room couch/futon converts to a full sleeper.

The full kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, and has a bar looking out to the living room. Set up the dining room table for six, or stow it for more space. There is a full garage, and a washer/dryer. The newly-remodeled bathroom is quite striking.

Stay connected with cable TV, internet; or unplug for some family time with a board game or a book.

Truly the heart of North Lake Tahoe, Kings Beach offers a wealth of activities and restaurants. Crystal Bay, Nevada's casinos are just a mile up the road as well. Skiing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, golf, and everything else North Tahoe has to offer are within 10 miles. Enjoy!

Please note that the driveway is not paved and may be snowy, icy, or muddy.

Perfect crash pad!

Hi! We were a group of 6 young professionals just looking for a cheap place to crash while we skied at Squaw/Northstar over the holiday weekend. This place was perfect for the price. It had everything we needed... Full kitchen, plenty of places to sleep/bedding, good location, great heating system :) Would definitely recommend for people looking for a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much!
