I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.

-The fireplace in the master bedroom on the top floor didn't work.
-The last day of our vacation the fireplace didn't work in the basement
-Had some issues with the grill
Overall, besides the above complaints, we were all very happy with our stay and would stay at the Windsor House again! The property was cozy and just the right fit for our group. All in all it was wonderful besides the fireplaces, but that is a small detail when looking at all we had!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
did not appreciate that the propane was not checked before we arrived. We planned to cook dinner on the grill & it was an inconvience for us to travel & purchase propane.
Althought we were reimbursed, in the future someone should check before guest arrive. There was a dirty towel in a guest room. The dish rack under the sink was flithy.

First time to Deep Creek Lake. We will definitely be back. The area is beautiful and provides many activities The house had everything 2 families could need. We were scheduled for the week of Hurricane Sandy and the realty company did not provide us with adequate information. They told me a state of emergency was not a big deal. The day before we were to arrive they finally let me reschedule. Other than than the not knowing if we were going or not, they were very friendly.

I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.

Reviewer Comments:
We spent a week there with our two sons, four grandchildren and Rosco, the Golden Retreiver. The house had lots of space, a huge yard and wrap around deck.The screened in porch with large picnic table accommodated all of us for meals. We had issues with the TVs-too many remotes with no directions, but Taylor Made sent help very quickly. Overall, a great house.
