New Smyrna Beach Condo Rental Photos and Description
2 Bedroom/2 Bath W Queen Sleeper Sofa And Gorgeous Ocean Views
Discover why many of our guests are repeat renters to this second floor beach-themed unit at Point East Condos. Want quiet relaxation? We are located on the 'no drive' section of the beach yet in walking distance to the newly restored public park with picnic areas, racquetball, basketball & handball courts and a playground for kids. We are just 45 minutes away from Disney theme parks and 30 mins from shopping/dining choices in Daytona Beach (just not the congestion and commercialism). Adults can enjoy private gatherings (parties, cards) in one of the private function rooms while the kids enjoy the recreational opportunities at or nearby Point East. We offer a separate kiddy pool, shuffle board, a large gas grill and open air club house where you can enjoy the ocean view from the shade. The clubhouse cabana is large enough to book a family reunion or even a wedding reception! New Smyrna Beach has been voted 'top small city for the Arts' and 'best beach in Florida' several times!
Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and private bath (tub/shower) has view of pool/ocean and private door to balcony. Guest room has 2 twins and view of sunset. Second bath is tub/shower combo. This spacious cheery island-decorated unit has a remodeled kitchen (where you can cook while enjoying ocean views) with all the appliances and utensils you need. However, don't miss the opportunity to participate in a culinary tour of the fabulous restaurants in New Smyrna. The open living/dining room area seats 6+ for eating plus breakfast bar and relaxing while enjoying the flat screen TV, DVD/MP3 player free WiFi or stereo system. The sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, where beautiful sunrises can be enjoyed over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Point East offers commercial washers/dryers on each floor of this 3-story condo complex.

Guestbook comments from the manager
This guest has been staying at the same complex for several years and was excited to hear that Dottie's Beach Retreat was available from Jan-March 2014 and requested to move to this unit. We spoke several times on the phone during her stay and she was complimentary of the cleanliness and wealth of supplies (both kitchen, serving, linens, and cleaning) that were available to her. She enjoyed reviewing the recommendations of places to dine and things to do in New Smyrna Beach. She also remarked that the unit was very cheerfully appointed. She said that she would be back!
This unit has been in our family for many years and consequently it has become another 'member' of the family. We are close enough to visit several times a year to maintain the unit and enjoy the amenities that New Smyrna Beach, as well as Point East Condominium has to offer.
Our family fell in love with the 'small town' atmosphere of New Smyrna Beach after vacationing for years in the more populated Daytona Beach, 30 miles north. Although New Smyrna Beach has been 'discovered' over the years, it has retained it's quaint charm as a friendly community where artists sell their wares and kids play safely throughout the community. We enjoy taking the pontoon boat throughout the canals watching the dolphin and manatees play among the mangroves.
You will love seeing the sun rise and set from this second-floor unit. The view from the balcony includes a look over the pool (where you can supervise the kids!) as well as beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean. The beach is wide with beautiful sand, perfect for long walks or bike rides.
Where else can you enjoy quiet solitude reading a book (from the stocked bookshelves) overlooking the ocean listening to the waves break one day and the next take the family to Disney for the day...or take a fishing charter...or watch the Manatees at C.J.'s Fish Camp...or play golf at one of the public courses...tennis anyone?
