Brand new decorated and furnished only in December of 2012 and Located in the sought after Shire at West Haven resort in the heart of the prestigious Champions Gate area, this fantastic villa is the perfect home away from home. You will find one Queen Bedroom downstairs with full bathroom in the hallway. The formal dining room and living room invite you to sit down, relax and enjoy quality time with your friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and fully stocked cookware and dishes is the perfect place to gather around and prepare a great family meal, while looking over the spacious family room with large 51 inch flat screen TV and overlooking the private and spacious pool area.

Relax in your own master retreat with King Bed and pillow top mattress and large en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and huge walk in closet. Step out onto the covered, screened in deck off the master bedroom suite and enjoy the beautiful, sweeping view over the wetlands of this resort. A second King bedroom is also upstairs with flat screen TV and closet. Your children will never want to leave the professionally decorated and painted bedroom with two twin beds decorated in the Finding Nemo theme complete with flat screen TV and DVD player. Gather the entire family for Movie Night in our professional movie theater with 55 inch 3D flat screen TV as well as surround sound for the complete Movie experience and enjoy some popcorn provided complimentary upon your arrival.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose The Shire at West Haven

When we started to design this home. We selected over 20 of our returning guests and asked them what would they like to see in their vacation home. This home was designed based on our guest feedback. You will see all the attention to the details. This is the only vacation home in Disney area that has a 3D movie theater and a also kids bedroom with Disney Nemo themed.
