The 'Villa Sunshine' was built in 2006 on a 477 square meter property with an amazing view of the mountains. Here you have about 180 sq. m. of living and patio space available. The patios are partially roofed and furnished with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun from the early morning until late in the afternoon. There is a steel grill available for grilling. In the large hobby room, you will find a sauna, a table soccer game, an air hockey table and different fitness machines. A washing machine and a laundry dryer, as well as an iron, are included. There is a crib and a high chair for small children. There are also two parking spaces and a separate heated 'ski room' available. You can store your skis/snowboards and dry your shoes in the 'ski room'. The excellent ski region 'Hochzillertal Kaltenbach-Hochfügen' can be reached in about 5 minutes with the free ski-bus - this bus stops hourly near the house.

It takes a good hour to get to Zillertal from Munich. Zillertal has 5 large ski regions. Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal - Hochfügen, Fügen-Spieljoch, Zillertal-Arena Zell-Gerlos, Zillertal 3000: from Maryhofen - Schwendau to Hintertux (Glacial ski area of the year 2006) with a total of 600 kilometres of trails and more than 174 lifts. The ski region of Hochzillertal can be reached in about 5 minutes from here with the free ski-bus. Since 2004, a merger with the ski region of Hochfügen has occurred. Thus, you now have more of a selection of trails then ever before.

Ski: Hochfügen - Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach ski region (600-2501 m): An interesting alternative has developed in Zillertal due to the merger of Hochfügen with Kaltenbach. 40 lifts open up 155 trails, from these trails, 26 km are difficult, 82 km are middle and 36 km are easy. The ski region is convincing of family and children friendliness, descents of up to 10 km (departure from the valley to Kaltenbach - covered with snow and illuminated until Easter) and superb descent variations. Permanent race course. 2 x weekly - night skiing. All day care for children directly at the mountain station. New starting winter 06/07: a second gondola from Kaltenbach (no waiting!), a larger ski and depot service station, 8 person chair lift with weather protection cover & heated seats to the 'Kristallhütte'. Snowboard: wide trails and attractive deep snow descents. Funpark in Hochfügen. Snowpark directly at the 6 person 'sonnenjet' (Hochzillertal). Snowboard center with half-pipe at Marendalm.

Other Activities: Adventure spa with mutliple swimming pools inside/outisde, water slides, wellness area and huge ice skating rink

Wunderschönes Haus im Zillertal

Wir , eine dreiköpfige Familie, haben Mitte Juli 2008 eine Woche Urlaub hier verbracht.
Obwohl das Wetter leider nicht mitgespielt hat, vier Tage waren verregnet, haben wir uns sehr gut erholt.
Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und läßt kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich ein Internet Anschluss wäre evtl. noch überlegenswert.
Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir können die Villa Sushine nur empfehlen.
Bekannte Orte wie: Ried, Kaltenach, Mayrhofen, Zell sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.
Auch der Achensee ist nur ca. 25 km entfernt und es lohnt sich einen Ausflug dorthin zu unternehmen.
Im Haus gibt es genügend Infomaterial, was man in der Umgebung sonst noch unternehmen kann.
