This Arrowhead Lakes Oasis is 3100 square feet of luxury lakefront living. The home has expansive mountain views and a resort-like back yard, including beautiful custom tiled pool with water feature.

The home has four bedrooms that includes two master bedrooms. The main master retreat is on its own floor with a large private balcony to enjoy incredible water and mountain views. The second master is on the main level along with two additional bedrooms and baths.

Enjoy water and mountain views from the custom kitchen and breakfast nook. The dining area which seats six has french doors for real indoor/outdoor living.

The lower level basement has a wet bar, pool table and large seating area with fire place. This house is wonderful for families as well as an entertainers dream.

Plus, drive your RV straight into the custom RV garage which can also convert to a four car tandem garage.

Nice home in the Glendale area, worked well for 4 guys on a golf trip. Easy access to the 101 and had all amenities one would need nearby. The home itself worked well, was clean, and was stocked with everything one needed. Great views from the backyard, very quiet and peaceful area, seemed like half the homes were empty on the Arrowhead lakes when we went around on the pontoon boat. Would recommend to others and would stay there again, if we returned to the Glendale area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
