This 5000 square foot, completely renovated home has everything you could possibly want for a large family gathering. Six (6) bedrooms sleep 14 people on 7 beds with 5 bathrooms. Four Bedrooms are in the main house with the other 2 bedrooms in two large detached casitas. With all that privacy, you have the perfect house for a multi-generational family holiday. All five King beds, the Queen bed and the Queen sleeper sofa are fitted with pillow-top mattresses and luxury Trina Turk linens. You have a large flat screen television and HD box in every bedroom as well as the Family Room, Living Room, and exercise room (9 TVs in total)! With a gorgeous pool, hot-tub, Tournament-quality pool table, outdoor ping-pong, foosball, x-box, plenty of board-games, and club-quality exercise equipment, there is always something to keep you and your guests entertained. You will never hear 'we're bored' from your children at Twin Palms.

The huge south-facing backyard has a 30x15 foot heated salt-water pool and spa/hot-tub. We provide 12 cushioned loungers and 4 pool floats so that there is room for everybody around the pool. With 4 stainless steel commercial grade shade umbrellas and California misters around the pool, the backyard is completely enjoyable for everybody even in the hottest heat of the summer! The California misters cool the temperature by 20 degrees! Just imagine yourself relaxing in the sun around the pool, and taking in the mountain views while listening to your favorite music on the Sonos sound system. Don't forget your ipod - just plug it in and have your playlist piped throughout both the house and the backyard. We just installed a gorgeous Restoration Hardware natural gas firepit with plenty of deep-seating for taking in the mountain views or staring up at the stars!

The large Weber stainless grill and fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to have a wonderful family meal. You can dine in the outdoor dining courtyard under the stars with beautiful amber lighting, lush plantings and music from our 5-zone Sonos sound system. All of these amenities make Twin Palms the perfect home for an extended family get-away.

In the winter, you can enjoy a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice every morning directly from our delicious Citrus Grove! If you're visiting in the early spring, the beautiful fragrance of the orange blossoms from our citrus grove or the sweet smell of Sweet Acacia alone is worth the trip! The Citrus grove is situated close to the outdoor dining area so that you can enjoy the fragrance for hours over dinner in the heated dining courtyard.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

We accept reservations through VRBO on-line or through our offices (see our email address). In order to reserve, we require 50% of the total cost of the reservation along with receipt of a completed and signed rental agreement. We are not able to hold any reservations pending receipt of funds or the contract as our properties book up very rapidly. If you wish to secure the reservation, the quickest way to do so is to book on-line through VRBO and then we will send you a contract through our offices. Please be advised that VRBO processes payments through Europe and as a result, your credit card provider may charge you an international transaction fee. If you pay via credit card through our offices, the payment is processed through Canada and similarly, your credit card provider may charge you an international transaction fee. To avoid these potential transaction fees, we accept cheques, bank drafts, money orders and direct deposits. Please inquire with us via email if you wish to pay via cheque, money order or direct deposit. In order to secure the reservation, while awaiting receipt and clearing of your cheque, money order, bank draft or direct deposit, we will place a 'hold' on the reservation for one week with a $500 non-refundable deposit on a credit card.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Please be advised that our Palm Desert Vacation Rentals book up rapidly and are most often booked with a guest checking out in the morning and another guest checking in that evening. Our properties take approximately 5 hours to clean, and to wash, dry iron and replace all the linens and towels. Therefore, our check in time is 5:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. We are rarely able to offer an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time due to the cleaning requirements. Therefore, if you wish to check-in prior to 5pm on the day of your arrival, the only way to do so is to book the property for the prior night (assuming the property is available on that day) and then you can check in at any time after 5pm the day prior to your arrival. Likewise, if you wish to check-out after 11am, the only way to do so is to book the property for the next day as well (assuming it's available) and then you can check-out at your leisure prior to 11am the following day.

Twin Palms is subject to the Palm Desert Short Term Rental Permit Rules Permit #33112. Business Licence No. 13-00037581. Please be advised that parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at Twin Palms El Paseo Estate. We expect our renters to treat the property and the neighbors with the utmost respect.

We are a professional couple (doctor and lawyer) with teenagers from Vancouver who absolutely love our home in sunny Palm Desert! We chose Twin Palms El Paseo Estate because of its huge south-facing yard, 6-bedrooms, high-quality finishes as well as its prime location within walking distance to El Paseo. It has everything you could possibly want. Our home is ideal for multi-generational family holidays due to its large size as well as the opportunity for privacy with 2 detached casitas.

THE REAL PROOF OF THE QUALITY OF AN EXPERIENCE IS WOULD YOU DO IT AGAIN. HANDS DOWN YES..... WE ARE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR.
The owners of this property have done everything to make your VRBO experience something to remember. Staying at this home is like staying at a boutique hotel where every bedroom is a theme room and the bedrooms are all different and beautifully decorated.
The seperate casitas allow for a lot of space and privacy so everyone is not always in everyones faces.
This property has something for everyone there must have been over 1000 tv channels huge flat screens in every room and bedroom, x-box in the family room, foosball, a great pool and spa, pool table, ping pong etc.. If none of these things amuse you the you can sleep, after all there are six bedrooms, or you can walk over to El Paseo and shop, eat and drink until you drop.
My family and I also have a vacation property that we offer on VRBO. When we held our annual meeting at this property we all agreeded that after the experience at this home we will add many of the same features that this location has to our property to bring us to a higher level. This property raises the bar, it is fully equipped and leaves no stones unturned. Joe the property manager is outstanding he greeted us at check in and made sure that we knew how to use all of the outstanding electronic systems that this home has to offer. Music in every room and outside controled by YOUR smart phone. Remote pool and spa controls. If you need him he is extreemly accessable and gets the job done.

Family Reunion

It was our parents 55th Anniversary so we wanted to find a place to accommodate the dozen family members coming into town. The location is great. The home is beautiful. We were all able to sit comfortably around the dinning room table for the family meals. The home was clean and bright. Everyone had a great time. The only down side was check in was at 5PM and check out at 11AM so you really get shorted a bit on time for the money you are paying. The other downside was that the gardeners showed up at 10:30 the day we were leaving and packing up the cars - they were blowing grass and debri into the cars as we were packing. If check out is at 11 AM at least they could have waited that extra 30 minutes. Overall, we can recommend this great vacation spot.

Awesome Place

Our stay fully exceeded expectations. We had 6 adults and 8 children ages 8 to 15 and layout and space was perfect. The two casitas were great for the kids and main house perfect for adults. Outdoor area was great with pool, lounge chairs, misters, hot tub and was beautifully landscaped. Pool table, ping pong, foosball and xbox to entertain kids when they weren't swimming. Nice location with easy access to El Paseo with great restaurants and shopping. Overall a great vacation spot.

HAD A GREAT WEEK IN MARCH

There were 11 of us that stayed at Twin Palms; 10 adults and one boy two years old. We loved it. Lots of space to do your own thing and lots of space to come together as a community or family. We cooked lots!!! Italian night, mexican night, oriental night and 3 more italian nights. Great cooking facilities inside and out. Lovely to eat in the patio under the 'star lights'. Lovely to have after dinner drinks and cigars at the fireplace lounge. Lovely to have morning coffee in the shade outdoors. Lovely to prepare drinks at the well stocked bar. We enjoyed the pool table, the pool, the spa pool and the workout room. We spent most of the week right there. I would go again!

Unbeatable!!!

This fabulous house is your own private resort! Beautifully appointed, every attention has been paid to the details. There is something to do for everyone at this house - ping pong, billiards, games, lounging by the pool, wonderful kitchen for the chefs, several large dining areas and outdoor fire pit for get togethers. Great beds, high quality linens and towels along with plenty of room for privacy amongst larger groups. The house and grounds are extremely well maintained and spotless. Walking distance to El Paseo for excellent shopping and superb dining. I highly recommend this property for EVERYONE!!!!
