2 Bedroom+ Office, 2bath Townhome, sleeps 4+ with Mountain and golf course views

Relax in this quiet 2300 sq ft town home. In the morning enjoy the east facing patio or master bedroom suite while having your coffee/tea and while watching the sunrise. During the day sit and relax on the patio or the bright and sunny indoors. There is a large furnished kitchen. The living/dining area has a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and spacious bath and the 2nd bedroom has its own private bath. There is a library/den for some private time

On the complex property, within 100ft is a heated pool and hot tub, with tennis courts close by. Outside this oasis are the many marvels of the desert.

One of the must do items in the desert is to hike Palm Canyon

We currently live in Borrego Springs (retired), but spent most of our life on the east coast. 6 years ago we decided to move to the desert, to enjoy the weather and the many activities avaliable.

Before we moved to Borrego Springs we vacationed here for a few years; then we decided we enjoyed it so much we should move here and we are glad we did. The reason we bought in Vista Villas was because it offered all the things we were looking for in a retirement home, local activities, right size home property managed and quiet comfortable setting.

What makes this townhome unique

The unique things about Vista Villas are the views of the golf course and the mountains and the quietness of the facility.

Borrego Springs is a quiet winter resort town surrounded by the Anza Borrego State Park (the largest State Park in the Country). Beside the other things mentioned: there are many ways to explore the desert (jeeps, 4 wheelers and motorcycles); there are also local sculpture exhibits and art venues.
