In addition to its beautifully restored historic district, Punta Gorda offers many natural attractions, waterside shopping and leisurely strolls along the Harborwalk and at Fishermen's Village on Charlotte Harbor. Easily reached by I-75 along Florida’s south-central Gulf Coast, Punta Gorda features streets lined with huge royal palms, old Florida-era tin-roofed homes with wide verandas, brick lanes, and street lamps and benches that leave an almost tangible old-Florida atmosphere. The A.C. Freeman House Museum is an authentically restored and furnished late Victorian-era home. Near the historic district of Punta Gorda, you will find Fishermen's Village. This unique waterfront destination includes gift, clothing, and specialty shops, seven restaurants, a military heritage museum, a 98-slip marina and fully furnished luxury villas.
Cathedral Ceilings, Large family room dining room kitchen. Very well equipped. Two large 65" wifi smart TV in bedroom and family room
My family recently visited this Punta Gorda home and could not have been more happy with our stay. The home is everything advertised and more with plenty of room to roam and in a centralized location which gives plenty of options to explore either Fort Meyers or Siesta Key beaches within a reasonable drive. The home is well equipped and the pool was perfect for spending a day just relaxing. From the booking to probably the most attentive property manager I have ever dealt with (Gilles) our stay was top notch.
Loved this home!
"From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. Gilles was wonderful and thought of everything to make our stay pleasant. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved the pool and spa.
Our only regret is that it was already rented for the next season when we tried to rent it again. You will not be disappointed."
We stayed at the Punta Gorda house for a week while we were in town for a wedding. We had family coming in and out and the house's open layout was perfect to keep a large group comfortable. The salt water pool was warm and relaxing. The property manager was incredibly gracious and kind. We were so pleased with the whole experience that we all rearranged our schedules to extend the trip another night. I would recommend this house to anyone and we certainly will be back for our next trip to Florida. Thank you guys again for everything!!!

The house is nothing short of fabulous... we enjoyed our stay very much. Much better than expected. Very luxurious and open. Everything is decorated beautifully & you have all the comforts of home. The salt water pool is very nice to relax in.
Fisherman's village is within 10 mins driving distance & they offer some great cruises. (Also recommend the Cayo Costa cruise, we always see dolphins on the way out to the island.... also, be sure to make the 45 min. drive to Siesta Key Beach, you will be very happy you did.) I will recommend this home to anyone visiting the area! Not to mention the excellent Kings Golf course nearby and much more.
