True ocean front condo on the ground floor of an oceanfront unit with a spectacular view. This newly refurbished condo is spacious and designed with the traditional island tropics in mind.

Located on Alii drive, our true oceanfront condominium looks out to sea where you can watch passing whales and dolphins from the lanai.

Unit 3119 is a corner unit right on the ocean with an extra window instead of an extra neighbor. This unit has all new furnishings, kitchen hardware with stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Both bathrooms have been totally renovated with granite counter tops. The Sea Village has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a convertible sofa bed in the living room.

The complex has an oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ's. There is a tennis court for everyone's use. The green flash coffee shop is right out front of the complex serving world famous Kona coffee, breakfast, and ice cream!

From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, and pubs, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding and deep sea fishing. Just about every water sport you can think of. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.

We have a daughter living in Kona. We really wanted to have the whole family together this last Christmas. This two bedroom two bath condo worked perfectly for us. It's was located walking distance to town but not so close you get a bunch of noise from town. The condo had just changed hands and the new owners Mike and John Keay are great. I talked to John and his wife and they wanted to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. Very considerate of them.
I loved be able to take walks in the morning and seeing the surfers at the beaches that I walked by. My only gripe would be with the people that started playing tennis at 6:30 AM I wanted to sleep a little longer. That aside the sunsets are amazing from this unit. This condo also had a large flat screen TV which made football watching great. We were there almost a month and we would love to go back.
