Exclusive Villa Stunning Ocean View in Cascais Sintra

Une magnifique maison!! Tranquility mélangé avec le luxe!!! Très spacieuse. Excellente pour la cuisson. Nous voulons y retourner.

On arrival, we drank good port wine from the welcome basket provided by the house owners. We had some bad luck with the weather in Portugal this time; unlike our previous golfing trips, this time we got lots of rain this year; luckily, we were in this house. Aside from being very pretty and decorated wit good taste, it had plenty of spacious areas ideal for rainy days.

We managed to make use of the outdoor jacuzzi, which was really excellent. It was great to have it available 24 hours/day, so we could use it whenever we liked and in privacy (unlike hotels). We we also very happy to SEE the jacuzzi water being changed on our arrival, which we were told was the standard procedure with every new guest. We also requested and got a crib and stair barriers for our baby, at no extra charge. Our suite had "aromatherapy" which we found quite interesting, we used lavander and other fragrances that I dont remember, it was very nice!

The kitchen is a real exception to the rule since it was very nice and well equipped, inviting us to cook great meals. We also had 2 nice restaurants within walking distance from the house, as well as some great restaurants we always go to in nearby Cascais and Lisbon, which is by the way a very pretty city. Lisbon is a quick car ride on the highway; we went to several expositions and museums there, and still had plenty of things we didn't have time to see. Cascais is a bit boring on rainy days, but Sintra, on the contrary, becomes even more special in the rain !

SIntra and Cascais are both quite nearby for the house, with beautiful roads to get there (through a forest to Sintra, and by the seaside to Cascais). The "Cabo da Roca" point is right in fron of the house, always beautiful, nice for a quick "coffee and souvenirs" visit. The view from the house is fantastic; we'd like to return in the summer to make better use of the outside areas. It was a very relaxing stay; this house was really very useful since we were able to travel to many great spots nearby, be alongise nature, in a very peaceful place. We thank the owners of this lovely property for all the important details they care for.

My family and I have just returned to England from Unohouse. It was everything we were expecting. The villa is beautifully appointed and set in a peaceful area with outstanding views.
We visited most of the local beaches which were easy to reach and where we spent many hours. We also visited Sintra and Pena Palace, again, just lovely.
The owners, Sixto and Silvia were very helpful with us before we arrived, as was Gabriella during our stay.
We had a really enjpyable time, and would recommend Unohouse to anyone.
We also suggest you catch the train into Lisbon fron Cascais, a very beautiful city. The two meals we had whils't eating out in the village of Azoia were also well worth it, and we were looked after very nicely.

Thank you again Sixto, Silvia, and Gabriella for a truly great week, where between my wife and I.and our two sons, daughter in laws and grand daughter we took almost 1000 photographs.
