One-half of the total amount due must be paid upon signing the rental agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencement date of the rental agreement for non-holiday rentals and no later than sixty days from the commencement date for holiday rentals.
Fees And Taxes All rates are subject to VT 10% Rooms tax, Security Deposit Protection of $49 and a departure cleaning fee.
If signing of the rental agreement occurs less than thirty days from the commencement date for non-holiday rentals or less than sixty days from the commencement date for holiday rentals, then the full amount due shall be paid upon signing. All payments shall be mailed or otherwise delivered to Agent at its aforestated address.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
