We had the pleasure of staying at Residenza San Lorenzo for three wonderful nights while in town for the Coachella Music Festival. From the initial booking process until checkout everything ran smoothly. Luca was quick to reply to my emails and very accommodating with arrivals and departures. Scott greeted us with a huge smile, friendly demeanor, a yummy goodie basket and a recommendation for an organic lunch! We instantly knew this would be a relaxing visit.
The property was completely stocked with everything we needed..from coffee to toilet paper to soap. It was very clean and well-maintained. The photos don't even do the entire place justice! The pool area was private and so relaxing. We even got a tour of the separate massage studio (too bad we didn't have time to book a massage!). The property is literally a 10 minute walk to all of the downtown spots and we thoroughly enjoyed a nice walk each morning.
Both Scott and Luca checked in on our stay regularly and we were also greeted the last night with a big bouquet of flowers and a sweet card thanking us for our stay.
Again, this was an experience like none other - and I've rented many a place in Palm Springs and aborad....this property is a true gem!
Thank you again for a wonderful stay...we will definitely be back and recommend you to all of our friends!

Like staying at a resort!

This property is fabulous! Exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit in Palm Springs. First, the owner, Luca, was immediately back in touch with me regarding the reservation. He stayed in touch through-out the reservation period, and even emailed me detailed driving instructions. The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped and the towels, robes, etc. are fine hotel quality. I was met by Scott, who lives on the property and is a personal concierge. He gave me information about the area (very central to everything), and offered to share his knowledge about restaurants, grocery stores, tourist sites, and even a yoga studio. The grounds are beautiful both day and night. Just like out of a magazine! This is sure to be a popular rental, especially since you'll be dealing with top notch people. Book it if there's availability!

This property is very accurately described and portrayed in the photos. It is immaculately maintained. The owners / managers are attentive, very responsive to requests and inquiries, and most accommodating. The location is superb- very close to many restaurants, tourist attractions, grocery stores, and downtown Palm Springs; yet is very quiet at night. The property reflects the 50s era beautifully and is a delightful place to rest and relax between enjoying all the sights that Palm Springs offers. We especially enjoyed it because we prefer smaller resorts (rather than larger, crowded ones). And we found our neighbors to be delightful company and shared several conversations and even a dinner party or two. The only caveat is the notion of sleeping four... Best for two and perhaps an overnight guest on the living room sofa-bed (not all that comfortable, nor private) Otherwise- this accommodation is delightful!! We would not hesitate to book it again!

Just arrived home in the uk after a great stay at this property,my wife and I cannot wait to return for a much longer time hopefully in the not too distant future.the unit was very well equipped with everything you could want.it was furnished with all modern and new fittings.the gardens were landscaped to suit the area.we loved the pool and spent many hours in the jacuzzi,it was nice to be able to go in pool late at night.there were not lots of rules everywhere,which was good.luca was so helpful and we like the fact that he always replied to your e-mails immediately.thanks to all there for making our 1st stay in Palm Springs special.looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Sparkling Retreat

My husband and I stayed here for a week in February. We had rented a 2 bedroom home in the Mesa area for the month of January and we were really disappointed in how run-down and dirty that home was. We were ready to leave the house but not Palm Springs and were so lucky to find this charming one bedroom rental. And while the Mesa is a wealthier neighborhood we like this area better.

The unit and pool area were always sparkling clean, well maintained and had everything one could want. The owners are charming, helpful, and available -- whether with how something works, or where to go eat. The other tenants were perfect neighbors, quiet but friendly and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing, filled with sunshine. We were a bit wary of the clothing optional possibility but that was nothing. In fact I think the only person who took advantage of that when we were there was my husband who just couldn't resist running around outside for a minute -- because he could!
