Perfect for Large Group Getaway
I hosted a LARGE retreat at Bear Hollow Lakes with 67 people! The location is what made our event a success! There is so much that the descriptions and pictures just don't show you for this incredible venue. Tetherball, volleyball, croquet, boats, swimming, sand castle building, relaxing, sun bathing, marshmallow roasting, rollerblading, walking, jogging, tennis, tunnels throughout the houses for the kids, train building & more!
The bald eagles were beautiful to watch and photograph. The enormous great room was perfect for large gatherings. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. There are even 3 bathrooms outside so if you had people camping out on the grass, you'd still be okay.
This place is FIVE STAR LUXURY! Everything is immaculate and in pristine condition. Our community has been blessed by this resort coming to our area. We are so grateful for this venue!! It is so private and they have thought of everything to make it safe and comfortable.
Also, I have to say that Linda was a gem to work with. You could really tell she was out to make your stay the best it could be. She went out of her way to give us a tour not once, but twice before our event. She took time to explain how things work and give any help when needed. I give her and the location a FIVE STAR rating for a marvelous memory making experience!! We are absolutely going to be coming back time and time again.
Other things that really stand out in my mind: They have thought of everything!! When I say Five Star, I really mean it. The high tech entertainment center is amazing and will do an overhead of music for the interior and exterior. There are bathrooms ALL OVER the place! The lofts, the mud room with private lockers and storage, extra sinks, outdoor kitchen, beautiful outdoor furniture, hammocks, hot tubs, decks, beach toys, life jackets, boats, and more. Everyone kept saying that the LAKES were their favorite!
The decor is very fresh, beautiful and trendy. They have spared no expense. Everything you see says beauty, luxury, fun, relaxation. I also appreciated details like the extra large pantry with light sensors, extra large refrigerators, top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, filtered water, etc.
They have thought of every little detail to make you feel pampered, and you will! Also, there are storage cupboards, bins, cubbies all over the place so it's easy to keep it clean. The large windows with gorgeous views, waterfalls, etc. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
