Located within walking distance to Fountain Park, this updated and newly decorated two-story Adobe style condo is your perfect vacation retreat, with over 1400 square feet of living space!!

Featuring two master bedrooms, each with en-suite baths, walk-in closets, private balconies and brand new Simmons mattresses to guarantee a restful night's sleep.

Open, spacious great room on first level with exposed wood beams and traditional, adobe style details, as well as a two story ceiling in living room area. Well stocked kitchen has new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove. Covered patio with gas grill is available just outside of dining area. Living room features new plasma television with cable. A half bath is also located on the first level.

Beautiful, heated pool is available for guest use and is only steps away from the rental. Two car garage with remote opener as well as full size, front load washer and dryer add to the lure of this lovely home.

Love at first sight when I visited Fountain Hills. From the breathtaking vistas around every corner, to beautiful Fountain Park and the small town feel. Everyone is so friendly, the weather is amazing and we are so conveniently located next to Scottsdale!

What makes this condo unique

I love the architectural details of this adobe, with it's exposed wood beams, terracotta tiled roof, cathedral ceiling and open, first floor great room. It feels so bright and spacious! I also love being within walking distance to the Fountain and the center of town.
