Wide villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfectly placed

The chalet has two floors of 110 square meters and a total ground surface of 450 square meters. There is a cellar with barbecue which can be used as a garage or as a meeting place.

In the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms have independent air conditioning and big wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and terrace.

In the ground floor there is a double room, a bathroom, a big kitchen, and a wide living room.

Crossing the outside doors of the living room you get into the main terrace covered by a roof. The chalet is surrounded by a beautiful garden with different local trees. The private swimming pool is 7,5 meters long and 4 meters wide, with a security fence for children, and there are some sun loungers to have long sunbaths or maybe a siesta.

The villa is situated in a quiet street between the best beach of Benicassim and the town centre. It takes five minutes walking to get to the nearest beach of the chalet, which is called Torre San Vicent and is one of the most popular in Benicassim. The quality of its water, sand and services is backed by a blue flag. There is a seafront where you can visit a craft market during the summer or take a walk while you get to know the historical villas of Benicasim.

The town centre is five minutes walking in the opposite direction of the beach. All kind of shops, bars and night clubs can be found there.

In the surroundings of the chalet you can also find a supermarket to buy what you need, a bus station and sports facilities.
