Beautifully furnished 1st floor condominium, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, AC, tile floor. Park-like complex, 2 story, beautiful landscaping ; gazebo on the beach; unit is conveniently located near the beach and gazebo.
About Nicholas Sica

Retired couple; spend 4 months every year in Aldea Mar.

We have 5 children, adults, and 6 grandchildren, and live in Northern Michigan. We both grew up in the Detroit Metro area and retired in the North.

We have been coming to Venice for many years, and finally chose Aldea Mar as our retirement venue because of the ambiance of the community.

Nicholas Sica purchased this condo in 2004
Why Nicholas Sica chose Venice

Aldea Mar is the most unique property as it is not a high rise, has lovely grounds with the largest and best pool on the beach. It also has a nice putting green where residents/tenants sometimes enjoy having competitive (for fun) games. Open all the time for putting. The shuffleboard courts offer a nice diversion for all ages.

We love being able to walk everywhere everyday...town, groceries, bars, restaurants, live theater, biking and more.
