Bedroom 3 is superbly finished with beadboard paneled walls and ceilings, exposed beams, a beautiful queen bed, and an adorable paneled bath with vintage-style fixtures and glass door shower. You even get a glimpse of the ocean from one of the bedroom windows! Bedroom 4 is the true master, with a sumtuous king bed, double vanity bath with glass shower, and a mahogany armoire with 32' flat panel HDTV. There's even a step out balcony with views of a protected marshland and the 1936 Historic Coast Guard Station. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are connected by a hallway on the third floor.

Your family will love gathering on the spacious second floor living area for meals, entertainment and 'catching up.' The living room features two oversized sofas, an easy chair and a spectacular 46' HDTV with DVD player. There's even a wireless internet system with apps for accessing your Netflix account. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's delight, complete with gas cooktop, all new stainless refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a deep double sink. New granite counters and plenty of cabinets grace this generously equipped kitchen. You'll love serving meals in the adjacent dining area where you can seat 6 at a handmade, reclaimed barnwood plantation table and four more at the nearby granite breakfast bar. If you enjoy grilling burgers and steaks outdoors, we have a beautiful stainless gas grill at ground level for your exclusive use.

The second floor also has two breezy verandas where you can step outside with a good book on a slow, lazy afternoon. Chat with friends overlooking beautiful Coast Cottage Lane off the dining room balcony, or take in a view of the marsh and land trust preservation off the living room balcony.

You and your family wil enjoy full privileges at Coast Cottages' beach front pools and pavilion. The neighborhood sits front and center on St. Simons Island's magnificent Coast Guard beach, the widest stretch of sand on the island. This is a place where you can walk the beach at high tide, low tide, any tide! (Note: vacation rentals south of Arnold Road cannot make this claim.)
