Gorgeous 5 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the gated subdivision of Westridge. This home has been completely redecorated and has a superb floor plan. The downstairs features one master bedroom with a king size bed and enclosed bath along with another bedroom with queen bed and separate bath. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with king sized bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. This home boasts a two story family room, fully equipped kitchen, formal and informal dining areas, game room and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Outside you will find a fully screened south facing heated pool and hot tub.

The home owners love their home because they often travel together and their home allows them enough separation to enjoy their privacy along with each other's company. The two story split floor plan really allows two families to travel together and maintain their own space.

Refundable reservation deposit of $300.00 required to reserve booking. Checks, money orders and Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards also accepted. The reservation deposit becomes the damage deposit and is returned following the booking if there are no damages to the home. Booking fees are due 4 weeks prior to reservation date.
Fees And Taxes State of Florida sales tax and local county tourist tax are included in the quoted rates.
The only additional possible charge to the quoted rate is pool heat. Pool heat is $25.00 per day.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
