Enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of your own oceanfront condo! With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Pacific, you won't miss a minute of the sunset, whether you're preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen, lounging on the living room sofa, or relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine.

The living area and kitchen share an open floor plan, allowing for lots of natural light. Lounge before the flat-screen TV with DVD player for a movie night, or prepare a homemade feast in the kitchen, which comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Dine at the four-person dining table, or grab a barstool to chat with the chef.

The master suite offers a luxurious queen bed, attached bath with soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. A second bedroom has a two full-sized beds, bringing the sleeping total of the condo to six. An additional bathroom has a glass-enclosed, walk-in shower, and the condo has a washer and dryer to make longer stays more comfortable.

The condo is one of several in the complex, and can be rented alongside other units to accommodate larger groups. Well-behaved dogs under 25 pounds are welcome. Thanks to the elevator access, guests who might have trouble with stairs can still enjoy this beautiful beachfront getaway.

Located between the ocean and beautiful Crescent Lake, the condo has no shortage of activities nearby: hiking, fishing, crabbing, clamming, kite-flying, sandcastle-building, or simply sitting on the sand with a good book. The neighborhood of Manhattan Beach is just north of downtown Rockaway Beach, so you'll enjoy plenty of peace and quiet while still being within easy reach of shopping and dining options.

Great condo, fantastic accomodations. The ONLY thing I would mention for prospective guests is that if you have any "back issues" as my husband and I do - the mattresses are NOT for you! They are VERY comfy and soft to relax in or take a brief nap - but after 8 hours our backs hurt so much we had to take pain killer. (Again, if you are "younger" or do not have any spinal issues, this might be no problem for you at all!)
