Located in the heart of Newport, Vista de la Olas is just a hop, skip and a jump from all the best attractions in town. Completely remodeled top to bottom in 2005, this gracious home offers the finest in furnishings and all the amenities you could need. Enjoy cable TV and WiFi for those lazy days, and curl up by the gas fireplace for a little extra comfort.

The lower level offers a modern, well stocked kitchen with gas stove to prepare those family meals. Also on the lower level you will find a living area and a bedroom with a full bed and bath.

The magnificent upper level opens unto a large living area with windows that offer a distant view of the ocean. The grand gas fireplace will warm your toes on those chilly evenings. A 42 inch TV, with cable, will allow for the watching of your favorite programs. The large master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath.

Time to venture out? The beach is just minutes away with easy beach access at Don Davis Memorial Park. Vista de la Olas is located in the Deco District of Newport and adjacent to the historic and popular Nye Beach area with its colorful cottages and laid-back atmosphere, is the perfect spot for a picnic and a quick rest from all the sightseeing. Newport's Historic Bayfront area is also less than a 10 minute walk. Restaurants, galleries, shopping, attractions and more, all just a few blocks away in any directions.

We love how easy Vacasa's website is. Pricing and availability are always accurate, which is a lot better than a lot of competitor websites. Friday morning we decided to go to the coast for the weekend. We checked out the website and 15 minutes later were all set for our trip!

Newport if a very fun town. Its a bit more of a drive than towns further north, but has a very nice local feel to it.

The house was perfect for our group (3 couples, no kids). The kitchen was very useable and well stocked. We had plenty of room for group meals and could still get away to curl up with a book.

Hey Vacasa: A hot tub on the front porch or in the back yard would make this place perfect ;)
