5 bedroom, 3 full baths, short walk to the lake, full of many amenities

The house has 5 bdrms. on three levels. 3rd. Fl. - Master Bdm. with King size bed, and one bdrm. with two twins, and one large bathroom. 2nd Fl. (Main) 2 bdrms. One has queen size bed and other has bunk beds and one full size. (sleeps 4 in that room) One full bath on that floor. First Fl.- one bdrm. with queen size bed, one full bath and two large rooms and two decks.

The house has 26 foot ceilings on the main level with an impressive gas fireplace. There is also AC units on main level and in bedrooms. The kitchen is open concept equipped with everything you need to make your own meals if you desire. Off of the living area on the main level is a comfy sunroom great for relaxing. There is free wifi and a wii game console for your convenience.

The lower level of the house has two large areas - for relaxing, watching TV and playing games which include darts, foosball, and ping pong. There are three decks at the house, a gas grill and outdoor table and chairs.

The Hideout is a four star gated community and has many amenities - Two pools, two areas to enjoy the large lake ( the one in walking distance to our home) a 9 hole golf course, Club house to eat lunch and dinner, and a brand new full recreation center with indoor tennis, gym, game room, salon, library and all purpose room for movie viewing. We have a art center and a ski hill with a chair lift, tubing and lessons and rentals available. There is outdoor dining also at the main lodge.

About Lauren Wendelken

We are a family of three, John, Lauren and 8 year old Ethan. We live full time in Long Island NY and are professionals. John is a banker and Lauren is a teacher. Ethan is a third grader.

We fell in love with our house when we saw it nestled on its wooded plot and the daily visits from the deer are beautiful to view out our large windows from ever angle.

Our House is nestled in the Poconos with plenty to do anytime of year. The area is near many interesting sights such as Bushkill Falls, Woodloch Pines resort and many small town restaurants and sights to see.
