Chill Time

An exceptional value for a gulf view beach vacation rental home located in the St Joe Beach / Mexico Beach area.

4 Bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. Features a private heated swimming pool inside a large fenced in back yard. Located in St Joe Beach in a quiet location only one block from the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet and affordable Chill Time vacation, but still want to be close to shopping and a large selection of restaurants, than Chill Time should meet your expectations.

Chill Time has a great layout and is nicely decorated. Entry Floor has a full / twin bunk room. The next level has a king master bedroom with full bath and 2 queen bedrooms that share another full bath. This floor also has a large deck

The next level is your open living, dining and kitchen floor, with a half bath. This floor also has a large partially covered deck.

Chill Time has TV’s in all bedrooms, the kitchen is well stocked and all bed and bath linen are furnished.
