Beautiful 1 bedroom condo on 15th fairway with spectacular mountain view. Located in gated Sunrise Country Club with equity member golf, tennis and clubhouse privileges. 22 swimming pools and 19 spas surround the meticulously maintained par 64 executive golf course.

Private front courtyard with BBQ and rear patio on the 15th fairway with beautiful view of the mountains to the west.

Fully furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, internet access, fully equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer.

Sunrise Counry Club is located 5 minutes from 'The River' and all its shopping, movie theatres and popular restaurants. It is also close to the Rancho Mirage Library, College of the Desert (street fair), the Mccallum Theatre, and the El Paseo shopping district. 25 minutes to airport.
About owner/property manager

Two sisters from the Pacific Northwest vacationed at Sunrise in 2009 and purchased the condo before returning home. Their very surprised husbands warmed to the adventure and soon became desert lovers as well! With retirement a few years away, the two web-footed couples would like to share their desert home with others.

What makes this condo unique

Watching friends and neighbors play the Par 3-15th hole tee-to-green and looking at the wonderful mountain backdrop. Fine dining at the Clubhouse restaurant or a casual breakfast or lunch at the grill is a short walk away.

Nearest Restaurant : The River at 5 Miles

Close to 'The River' for shopping, cinema and restaurants. The Street Fair at College of the Desert is a must see. Shopping on El Paseo is close by. Museums, theater, casinos, Rancho Mirage Library and many world-class restaurants are close by as well
