Big Garden, Heatable Pool, Outdoor Kitchen

Thank you for the lovely stay! The house is so warm, welcoming and spacious.
The house is EVEN BETTER than pictured, actually the pics do not do it justice! Beautiful, well kept, perfectly clean, new appliances, freshly painted, everything you could possibly need within the house, not to mention everything you may want within a couple of driving minutes away. George, the property manager is a very nice person and very responsive and accommodating.

The outdoor amenities with the huge backyard, tables, three seating areas, the heated pool, pool-side loungers, and more were just great! I loved rising each morning and taking my coffee down to the lounge by the canal to sit in the cool breeze under the tropical Banyan tree.

The neighborhood and location are also great – in a dead end street with little traffic It's perfect for the kids to run around and ride bikes on the street, while at the same time, it's only a few blocks to the beach.

Pompano Beach is in close proximity to Ft. Lauderdale, to the Everglades, to Miami and more. It was the perfect "mid-point" allowing quick access to various sites.

We just got back from our stay here and the house was all we could ask for and more. We had 10 people in our group and were all more than comfortable the entire time. The home was very clean and well maintained. All the appliances were up to date and the pool was great. The backyard was very spacious and the dock was a really neat touch. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact throughout the entire process (before, during, and after the rental). The city in general was a great place. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone and look forward to going again.

My husband and I rented this house for us, our 7 month old and almost 3 year old, as well as my parents in law. The fence towards the canal made me feel comfortable that none of my kids would drown while staying at this place!

The house was more than spacious enough for everyone to have privacy, their own bathrooms and yet enough room to enjoy together. The place is immaculate and has everything you need. We spent lots of time in the pool - some great floats and pool noodles to enjoy. And just a very short drive from the beach.

The outdoor space is just spectacular for entertaining and relaxing. A private resort style backyard with nice outdoor lighting and a huge amount of space! We loved the impressive Banyan tree and the palms that provide natural shade.

The outdoor kitchen is gorgeous and there are multiple seating areas outside. If you are lucky, you may even catch some fish from the dock and cook it right away! There is great filtered water from the fridge so no need to buy bottled water when you arrive.

We have stayed at quite a few rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and most enjoyable. We hope the home stays for rent so we can return next year with other friends and family.
