3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom One Block From Main Street, Legal rental Permit #2012-26

Our two-story Historic farm house was built in 1881. It is one block from main street in the heart of Saint Helena. It was renovated this year with all new appliances, bathrooms and kitchen. We have central heat and air both upstairs and downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with bathrooms attached with walk in carrara marble showers. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, bathroom attached with a jet tub and shower. Our newly renovated kitchen has an 8 burner gas range stove with griddle, copper apron sink, butcher block island, all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. We have a family room with a 40 inch television and couches to fit at least 8 people. We have a formal dining room that seats up to 8 comfortably. We also have a laundry/mud room. Our porch lines our entire front yard and has rocker chairs and tables for your enjoyment. We recently planted a vineyard in the front full of cabernet sauvingon and merlot grapes!

We were born and raised in St. Helena and this is our first home we purchased after we were married in 2010. We spent the first two years we owned it renovating it and are thrilled with how it came out. This is our primary home, and we also have a cottage we share our time at too. Perry is a winemaker in the valley and Christine is a Registered Dietitian. We just had our first baby, Hunter in August 2013. We are excited to share our home and town with you!

We bought this home because of the distance to main street. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and not worry about driving. We also have a property in the country so we felt that this was the best of both worlds!

The best part of this house is its charm. It was built in 1880 and has stood the test of time. We have spent the last two years making it a comfortable, cozy fun place to be. This house is only one block from main street where everything is in St. Helena, making it a blast to stay at.

we were a group of 6 - 3 couples around age 30 who have been friends since college, and wanted to get together for a reunion trip. We are so glad we decided to stay in a house together rather than stay in hotels. This house was everything we hoped for - quaint, beautiful, perfect location...we really felt like it was perfect for us. Even though it isn't a huge house, it was large enough to where we had privacy. And the location couldn't be better. Would definitely come back!

INCREDIBLE NAPA GETAWAY HOME

We have stayed in Napa on several occasions and this was by far the most beautiful property and best location we have ever experienced. The house is perfect for 3 couples. It's a block from main street and convenient to grocery stores, wineries and restaurants. We loved the house so much that we cancelled several dinner reservations and just stayed in, grilled and drank the wine we had purchased that day. Every morning we would drink our coffee on the front porch. The owners are responsive and provide many little amenities. There is not one negative thing any of us had to say about this home. We will be making this a yearly destination!

This is a lovely rental, with higher end upgrades and quality furniture and accompaniments. It is within throwing distance of the sunshine market, and a nice walk to the local public tennis courts.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples). The location is amazing...you can walk to everything in town including some great restaurants. The house is in really good condition and the front porch is a great spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. I would highly recommend this place for a group of 6 adults doing a 3-4 night trip to Napa.

We recently stayed at this charming older home and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting St. Helena. The home is immaculate, and gorgeously renovated while maintaining it's original character. The beds are extremely comfortable, linens hotel quality, the chef's kitchen is to die for and the layout is conducive to entertaining and enjoying time with family and friends. The location is unbeatable and literally everything you need is walking distance. The owners were so helpful and even secured baby items to help baby proof the home for our 2 year old. It was wonderful to pretend this was our home in beautiful Napa Valley for a few days!
