Our two-story Historic farm house was built in 1881. It is one block from main street in the heart of Saint Helena. It was renovated this year with all new appliances, bathrooms and kitchen. We have central heat and air both upstairs and downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with bathrooms attached with walk in carrara marble showers. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, bathroom attached with a jet tub and shower. Our newly renovated kitchen has an 8 burner gas range stove with griddle, copper apron sink, butcher block island, all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. We have a family room with a 40 inch television and couches to fit at least 8 people. We have a formal dining room that seats up to 8 comfortably. We also have a laundry/mud room. Our porch lines our entire front yard and has rocker chairs and tables for your enjoyment. We recently planted a vineyard in the front full of cabernet sauvingon and merlot grapes!

We were born and raised in St. Helena and this is our first home we purchased after we were married in 2010. We spent the first two years we owned it renovating it and are thrilled with how it came out. This is our primary home, and we also have a cottage we share our time at too. Perry is a winemaker in the valley and Christine is a Registered Dietitian. We just had our first baby, Hunter in August 2013. We are excited to share our home and town with you!

We bought this home because of the distance to main street. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and not worry about driving. We also have a property in the country so we felt that this was the best of both worlds!
The best part of this house is its charm. It was built in 1880 and has stood the test of time. We have spent the last two years making it a comfortable, cozy fun place to be. This house is only one block from main street where everything is in St. Helena, making it a blast to stay at.
From the moment you drive up to this adorable St Helena farm house you feel at home. We had three couples which worked well with the three rooms. Each couple had their own bathroom which is nice. We had fun in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything you could think of. The living room is a comfy place to hang, but our favorite place was the front porch. Coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening... what could be better. Also, the owners are amazing... quick response to any question... We will be back !!!
It was a girls weekend with 2 women from CO, 2 from AZ, 1 from TX and one from CA.
The house itself is absolutely charming and beautifully furnished. The location was quite perfect--
truly walking distance to groceries, many different shops, many wonderful restaurants & a great walking
trail to the river. Also very close to the CIA and only about 5 minutes drive over to the Silverado Trail. We walked to dinner at Cindy's Backstreet one night and Cook St. Helena the other and both had great food and service. The owners couldn't be nicer. The packet they sent prior to our visit was very helpful for planning our activities.I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.
We enjoyed staying at this adorable farm house so much. Sitting on the front porch, sipping on wine, very relaxing. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and perfect amenities.
The kitchen was fully stocked to cook as much or as little as you want. It was located in a perfect location to walk to the grocery store, or to the Main Street where there is restaurants. Loved that it had a private gate to a parking area in the back. We will definitely be booking again!!

We were 3 couples renting this house to attend a friends daughters wedding nearby and this house was just perfect! We loved sitting on the porch with our wine and cheese and feeling like a part of the neighborhood. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. We walked the trail suggested, hiked at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park, and rented bikes one day from Napa Valley Bike Tours and Rentals. All great things to do in the area. I highly recommend touring the family's winery Amizetta..the wine is great, the view spectacular! We also followed the recommendations given for dining and nightlife. They were spot on and all within walking distance! You won't be disappointed if you rent this house!

We really enjoyed sitting on the porch having some wine & cheese & The yard was manicured & clean.
I really liked that it had parking behind a gate just insuring your cars security over night.
