Amazing Rental!
Myself and five friends stayed at this condo for weekend 1 of Coachella 2013. It was my first Homeaway experience and, hence, I had absolutely no idea what to expect. Upon arriving, I was blown away. Not only are the grounds/neighborhood beautiful and safe, but the condo itself was more than we ever expected! Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the kitchen really allows you to spread out and make yourself at home. Perhaps one of my favorite aspect of the condo is the balcony. It overlooks this lovely lake with gorgeous flowers and wildlife. We sat out there many a nights/days cooking on the barbecue and enjoying the scenery. There's also a neighborhood pool directly across the street to help cool off on the hotter days!
As an LA resident, I frequent the desert quite often and this is definitely a place I would visit again. It's a very welcoming community. I came with a group of late 20-early 30 year olds and we mingled seamlessly with others our age (who were there for the festival), the retirement community, and families with young children.
Lastly, the owner was extremely personable and always available should I have any questions. The whole experience was absolutely seamless, which I believe is the key to a great vacation!
