With its own allocated underground parking space at the heart of all the amenities, Once here a car is not required as all the amenities and attractions (historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and retail/leisure facilities) are on your doorstep. There is direct access to the railway station (Portsmouth Harbour) from the development with direct links to Central London and the car and foot ferries to the Isle of Wight are adjacent to the development.

"We had a great stay in this super apartment. It is ultra modern and well equipped with plenty of room for four adults. Light and bright with a lovely balcony you get a real feel of space. The real star attraction is the amazing view over the harbour and the Solent which is quite unbeatable. You even get a sea view from your bed!. Perfect for a holiday or for a business stay you are right in the centre of vibrant Gunwharf Quays with any number of shops and places to eat and there is a convenient little supermarket just a few steps away from the building. Neeraj & Joanne are very welcoming and are right nearby if you have any questions. We would certainly use this apartment again. "

We had a much needed long weekend break and couldn't have wished to make a better choice. The owners Neeraj and Joanne were both lovely people who made every effort possible to ensure a stress free holiday, the apartment was first class in

We had a great stay at this appartment during the busy holiday season. It's extremely well located, at walking distance from several sightseeing highlights like the Historic Dockyard. We had plans to tour the countryside but ended up in Portsmouth almost the whole week, leaving our car in the garage. I also would recommend booking the ferry to Wight for one day.
We had the very good fortune to book a stay at this apartment for a few days in August. We are so pleased we did. We were given extremely good directions of how to get there. We were asked to give an estimated time of arrival has they would meet us to take us to the apartment. I gave an estimated time a few days before and sent a text of our position a few miles from Portsmouth. When we arrived I went to phone to tell them we had arrived but they were just in front of us walking towards the car! Amazing!
The property was just as described and was very clean! The bedlinen was pure white and really fresh looking. The view well, that was amazing too with views from all rooms really good views. The shops although designer were outlet stores so really good and a convenience store just opposite the appartment block door. There was also very secure underground parking. Best of all the owners were wonderful very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. On checkout the owner was there on the dot Wow I thought he was on a time switch!
The only down side to all this is I want a new bathroom and shower room. lol

Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 10am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £120.00 deposit is taken on arrival and returned on satisfactory inspection of property a week after departure.
A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is taken at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include daily utility allowance, linen and towels.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
