100' Level Lakeshore With Many Recreational Options

This spacious but cozy lakehome accommodates large or small groups. It has 2 bedrooms on the main level & a full bath. The large open upper level has a powder room (toilet & sink) and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Off of the living room you'll walk out onto a large deck which leads to the level lakeshore just steps away. Feel free to take a seat on the bench at the end of the 32' dock & do some fishing. (There have been many fish caught in these clear waters) or jump in the paddle-boat for a relaxing ride around the lake or lounge on an air mattress & relax in the sun while the kids swim in the sandy bottomed waters.

The unattached double garage has a fish cleaning area & toilet stall. Theres a small deck with a handicap ramp on the back side of the house.
About Dave & Debi Anderson

We grew up in Alexandria. Dave was born & raised on Lake Geneva and since we married we have raised our family here for the last 33 years. We live 1/2 mile down the road & so can easily assist with any additional needs you might have.

The prior owners of this home were out-of-state family friends & used this for their vacation home. When they could no longer make the trip up north they gave us 1st opportunity to purchase this beautiful spot knowing that we have always loved this home & property. Now we would like to share the place with you & your family & friends. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This four season lakehome allows for a wide variety of summertime fun & relaxation as well as many options for an off-season get away. Its located within Alexandria city limits so never far from community events, boutique shopping, restaurants, nightlife & yet you'll enjoy the peaceful country-like setting.
