House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Welcome to Paradise! Our home was completely remodeled in 2010 and features a huge covered pool area and lanai with heated pool. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kid's room features a full sized loft bed with twin sized bed underneath and a large closet. The queen bedroom has plenty of light and privacy and shares a full bath with the kid's room. The master suite has a king sized bed, open view of the pool and a huge walk in shower with waterfall shower head. There is also a separate 1/2 bath area and closet as well.

The kitchen features a huge breakfast bar with 4 stools and brand new appliances including a dishwasher, stove, side by side fridge and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your vacation.

There is a full sized eat in area with dining room table, nicely tiled floors for easy clean up. Off of the kitchen is a huge slider leading to the fully enclosed pool area. Recently screened and well appointed, relax in the pool area at either the outdoor dining area, the new recliners or the corner wicker 'conversation' area. The pool area is all brick pavers with custom potted plantings for your enjoyment.

Back inside the home, relax in the carpeted living room while you watch TV or simply read in the adjacent family room with matching french doors for privacy.

Our home also features a utility room with full sized front loading washer/dryer pair, all beach equipment and 2 bikes.

We currently live in NH and found the Venice area in 2005 and immediately fell in love. It truly is Paradise! We love the variety of restaurants and the close proximity to Sarasota, the amazing Main Street/downtown area in Venice that is filled with boutiques, cafes and shops, and the array of perfect beaches, all within 10 minutes from our home.

My Family and I stayed here for a week and everything was perfect. The house is in a very nice part of town, quite yet not far from everything you want on vacation. The pool was great for the kids and the house is large enough for privacy. The in-laws of the property owners live next door in case you have questions- Awesome people. I highly recommend and we would go back.
