Updated condo, Perfect for skiing or sitting by the fire reading a book. King bed with attached bath, Queen bed with bath across hall and 2 twin beds in upstairs loft with attached bath with jacuzzi tub. Great place for kids to have their own area. Ski lift is steps from Condo.

My husband grew up learning to ski at Wintergreen and he wanted a place for our kids to do the same. We live 45 minutes away and will ski every chance we get, when we can't use the Condo, we want to rent it out so others can..

Why Jodi Showalter chose Wintergreen

We wanted something ski in ski out so we don't have to deal with driving the kids to the lift. Parking is a nightmare and I didn't want to be the shuttle. I don't ski so I build a fire and read all day and can look out the window and see the kids skiing. We are close enough that the kids can come back for soup and sandwiches or just a cup of cocoa to warm up and you aren't spending a bunch of money on just ok food. At night time you can walk to The Edge and not worry about driving home or taking the shuttle. I like that you can park your car and not get in it until you are ready to go home. I like that you can build a real fire and create great family memories. The real reason we chose this property is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

This Beautiful 3 bedroom condo is a top floor condo with 18 ft. vaulted ceilings and unbelievable mountain views. You get the advantage of the openness and not having noisy neighbors above you. You are steps away from the Blue Ridge Mountain Express Lift and you can watch the ski jump terrain out the window. Enjoy a quick walk to the Mountain Inn Lodge and 2 great restaurants and you don't have to drive anywhere..

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $450 to $550 for 3 nights

  • Ski Season Weekend, non-Holiday........$350/Night, 3 night minimum
  • Ski Season holiday.................... $400/Night , 3 night mininum
  • Spring Special- June 15th $450 for 3 day weekend or $450 for 4 night weekday
  • Summer special June 15th-Sept $550 for 3 day weekend or $550 for a 4 night weekday
  • Non Holiday 7 day rate is $1600
  • All rates subject to a $100 cleaning fee and do not include 5% Virginia tax
  • If you have a hypoallergenic non-shedding dog there is a $100 fee

  • The 80's have called and they want their bathroom back. I have to have full disclosure because trust me YOU HAVE SEEN NOTHING like this EVER before.. It is too much $$ to replace so we are just going to have fun with it. My 9 and 11 year old LOVE it and it is worth a trip up the spiral stairs for a look, and a picture. Trust me, you will be taking pictures as it is that unbelievable.. Someone put a lot of money into this and it is just plain sad!! It is a great loft area off the kids room and like I said, they wouldn't let me change it even if I could afford to..

Wonderful location and very well stocked

Family of 5 had a wonderful experience staying at this condo for 4 nights.. It overlooks the terrain park and upper dobie. Easy to ski in/out. The amenities were great, kitchen well stocked, plenty of linens and comfortable beds. Would love to stay again.
