I purchased this property in 2003, primarily because of the excellent, central Denver location immediately adjacent to Sloan's Lake and the Highlands...and also the potential it offered as a unique remodel property. I also appreciated the very quiet neighborhood as well as the easy access to downtown Denver, the mountains and all major highways and attractions. I've not been disappointed in any of my original notions of the home or the location. It is unique on all counts.
