Located in one of the most prestigious areas of the city of Bogotá. It is close to one of the famous shopping centers of the city, Unicentro, which has stores at major national and international banks, restaurants, casinos, supermarkets, cinemas, bowling, among others.

Beautiful, Brand New Penthouse provides the perfect needs for a pleasant vacation stay in Bogota, Colombia. A modern apartment with a unique open space attic and large amount of natural sunlight throughout the apartment creates a relaxing stay.

Including, 2 Bedrooms (Each with 1 double bed), 3 bathrooms, 2 showers. Open space loft contains space for 2, single mattress's. (Sleeps total of 3-6).

The penthouse was planned and build to have a highly secure door made of one of a kind Security features.

Our apartment is a VACATION RENTAL apartment located inside a closed and secure, touristic hotel 'Hotel La Fontana'. This apartment has access to some hotel amenities such as: gym, room service, sauna, 24 hour security, restaurants, park area, event party rooms, among a few others. The apartment gives you the choice of attending the private hotel amenities which will be payed by the rental customer themselves.

The hotel itself is known for its great ways of social interactions with people all around the world.

!!-- Every Sunday, in the church area of the hotel, a big festival is held with food, music, church, but also people selling unique objects such as jewelry, paintings, food from different parts of the world, and Fun interactions for families with kids to attend such as bouncy castles, face painting etc.

I am a native Colombian, currently living in the US. Not long after creating a family, I decided to travel the world and live in another part of the world. Myself and My family bought this apartment for our visits to Colombia throughout the holidays. Until summer of 2011, we decided to put this apartment to rent and give others the opportunity to live the Colombian experience with great accommodation.

Penthouse located 1.4 Kilometers by car, 3 minute walk from Unicentro (Shopping mall) where great shopping and restaurants are provided.

Bogota gives you the opportunity to experience great museums such as, 'The Nacional Museum', 'Museum of Gold', and if you are an art lover, 'The Modern Arts Museum' and the famous 'Botero Museum'.

For family time, Our apartment is located in an area with easy accessibility to a Kids theme park 'Maloka'.

Recently stayed at this apartment in Bogota. This apartment had everything a traveler would need. Fully equipped kitchen, nice amenities in the bedrooms, office area with desk, WiFi, washer & dryer, iron, flat screen tv's with cable, close to nice shopping/dining areas.....everything. Excellent for a long-term stay, as well as short. Nice area of Bogota too. Security at the apartment was best I had seen anywhere in my travels throughout Colombia.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Impressed with my stay at this beautiful apartment. The photos of the apartment on the site are 100% accurate. There was easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets and taxi's. The owner does not use ''Book it'' form the site, but the paying was as easy as 1-2-3 and very safe. I received the apartment in good shape, clean, furnished and organized. This apartment would be highly recommended for families with kids since I was able to notice the apartment has a kids park on the 1st floor with great security and festivals every Sunday.

Will be looking forward to coming back and having a stay at this apartment one again. Great deal, for a great price!
