4 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built home over looking beautiful Lake Julia.

Four bedroom, two full bathrooms. Open floor plan on main level creates a spacious kitchen/dining room/living room perfect for entertaining larger groups of people. Finished basement with rec room doubles the living space and provides easy access to the lake through the walk out sliding doors.

A huge wrap around deck provides a breath taking view of Lake Julia. A quaint screen porch provides an awesome area for dining and game playing well into the night. A lower deck provides additional seating with a great view of the lake front. Crystal clear water and a gradual sloping sandy bottom makes for great swimming.

Fishing is exceptional because of the contour of the lake bottom. Musky, Walleye, Large and Small-mouthed Bass are commonly pulled out of these waters. As well as numerous sunfish and perch with healthy appetites for the younger people!!

Snowmobile trails are easily access able from the front yard. No need to trailer them up as it's only a five minute ride up Bradford Lane/Scott Lake Road.

Unlimited trails and roads make it perfect for walking and biking in the summer and cross country skiing and snow shoeing in the winter.

Close proximity to Three Lakes, Eagle River and Minocqua gives our guests numerous opportunities to shop and play mini golf.

About Paul Dietsche

This property is the result of a lot of hard work by two different families. My name is Paul Dietsche. My wife Janeen and I, as well as my brother, Dan, make up the 'Dietsche' half of the ownership group. My co-worker and friend, Rob Larson, his wife Vicki, as well as Rob's brother Wayne and his wife Lisa make up the 'Larson' half. Our combined dreams of lake home ownership became a reality when we broke ground in May of 2011. With the help of great friends and acquaintances, the home was finally completed this past summer. It was a great experience but we are so glad it is completed and that we can now finally enjoy it!!

Janeen and I live in Marshfield, WI about 2 1/2 hours southwest of the lake. We are blessed with three great kids; McKensie (13), Alyson (10) and Benjamin (8).

Beautifully secluded lot surrounded by the Niclolet National Forest. Quiet roads and trails are perfect for biking and walking. Snowmobile trails are easily accessible. Numerous activities and events can be enjoyed in Three Lakes, Eagle River and Minocqua only minutes away. Beautiful downhill ski resorts in the upper peninsula of Michigan less than one hour away. Countless restaurants and pubs to satisfy any craving. (Jakes Bar and Grill is our personal favorite).
