The Bighorn Bluff House is hands down the finest rental property in The Bighorn Valley and is conveniently located right between the two most popular fishing access sites and boat ramps, After bay and Three Mile. There are no other homes within earshot and nothing obstructing the fantastic views that are afforded by this home being perched atop a peninsular bluff. Your View to the west shows the after bay dam all the way up to the mouth of the Bighorn Canyon. The view to the north has the rolling grasslands for miles. The view to the east takes you downriver as far as the eye can see.

The home has 5 bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have a queen size bed as well as a twin bed. The master bedroom has a California king size bed as well as futon. There is also a pullout couch and roll-away beds.

There is a full size kitchen, dining room, two pool tables, Foosball table, WiFi, Flat screen TV with Satellite. The exterior of the house boasts three decks to enjoy the views as well as an outdoor eating area complete with BBQ and patio table and chairs. There are two sets of horseshoe pits as well as a skeet shooter sunk in concrete.

The Bighorn River is one of the most legendary rivers in all of fly fishing. This home is situated halfway between the First boat launch / fishing access site and the second Three Mile Access Site. It is just over a mile to the town of Fort Smith where the three fly shops, restaurant, and gas station are located. It is the perfect spot for groups from 5 and up and we also host corporate dinners with up to 55 people at this property as well.
