Relaxing at Edisto Beach

This is a wonderful cottage right on the beach. The sound of the surf is soothing and relaxing. Mornings are fantastic watching the sunrise fron the deep porch coming up over the ocean. The cottage itself is very comfortable and well equipped for a holiday stay with all the major appliances. The cottage was spotless when we arrived. the key pickup was easy. the cottage exceeded our expectations from the pictures.The beds are ultra comfortable. The master bedroom has a memory foam topper and ensuite bathroom and even a walk in closet. Two of the bedrooms look out over the beach and the other two look out over the road. The living room has comfy furniture. The TVS and Internet all work great. As with all of the cottages here, you have to limb up several stairs as they are built to withstand high tides. Edisto Beach itself is a family friendly quiet place with access to trails in the State Park close by. There are several casual restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly close by. Highly recommended!
