On the Driving Range
Our first impressions were very favorable, and our two landladies were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean, the fact that tv (one in the living room and bedroom) as well as internet was provided was great. The furniture is a bit tired and what we thought was going to be a bbq was only a hibachi, that was a bit disappointing. The patio facing the driving range has to be protected from stray balls with a net that obscures the view somewhat, but, if you are a golfer it is within walking distance to the golf course. The sunsets from this patio are spectacular. The front patio is cosy, in the morning sun, where we watched the birds flit about the trees and green lawn. Again when we requested anything from our host it was delivered in short order. The swimming pool is well maintained and we seldom saw anyone use it but us and our friends. The location is very central and a short distance to the shopping area; it is about 15 minutes into Yuma where the malls and restaurants are numerous. There is great hiking around the whole area and we canoed on the Colorado river through the Parks and Rec. That was well attended and a great lunch provided. We would gladly recommend this property because of the quiet and private location and spaciousness of the condo itself.

Owner's Response: We certainly enjoyed having Lou and Nancy among our first guests! We are working on getting updated furniture and have already replaced the hibachi grill with a Weber. So glad they enjoyed their time with us in Yuma!
