This property provides great flexibility and versatility for groups and families. You can rent both levels together to sleep 24 (12 in each unit), or each individual unit separately. When you rent the whole house, you have the ability to accommodate 2-3 families together, but still enjoy your private space on the main floor or the lower level (each level is its own separate 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment). There is no interior door connecting the units. Must access from outside.

What makes this house unique

There are many very unique benefits about this property unlike any other homes near Sugarhouse and downtown Salt Lake. Endless things nearby; Sugarhouse Park, downtown Sugarhouse district, University of Utah, and many attractions.

First, you have 2 separate levels each their own private separate apartments with full kitchens, dining tables, family rooms with flatscreen TVs and a fireplace. Second, you have two separate 2-car garages for a total of 4 car garage. Third, the private hot tub. Fourth, the location is near the freeway to go up the canyon to Park City and right on the road where all the action is (restaurants, shopping, events, and more). There really isn't a better location to be if you want to experience all downtown has to offer, especially if you're with 2 families.
