This fantastic modern villa is a great holiday destination as we are close to the beach and just south of the picturesque town of Falkenberg with a lot to choose from on the cost line between the house and the town. Falkenberg is located between Malmö and Gothenburg on the beautiful south west coast of Sweden. Falkenberg has a long history of Salomon fishing in the river of Ätran and thanks to the great spring water the world famous brewery Carlsbergs have their plant in Falkenberg. The Villa is situated 5 minutes driver from an excellent Golf Course and 35 km from the world class Tylösand Golf Course. The local beach is only minutes away and is excellent from swimming and famous on the west coast for its Kite surfing spot. We have the beautiful Skrea Strand just north of the local beach where you can enjoy restaurants, there are plenty of activities available or just relax and feel at home in our beautiful villa with five meter ceiling and open fire.

Notes: Wonderful Modern Villa just minutes away from the beautiful, long sandy beaches of south west Sweden. There are 3 bedrooms, high ceiling designer kitchen and living area with open fireplace, good size bathroom with shower and washing machine, TV, DVD player and stereo with CD player. There is a big patio facing the sea and the sun as well as a small lookout spot in the garden with deck chairs

A house with everything!

This was our first family trip to Sweden and the house was wonderful. It had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen with shops nearby to stock up. The garden was great for the children and beach is only a few minutes walk away. It's position meant we were able to explore beaches, lakes and forests and even managed a trip to Copenhagen. The second bedroom doesn't have storage in for clothes but that's not a problem as there is plenty of room in the main bedroom and other parts of the house. The owners were there to greet us and were very helpful in helping us find our way around the house and the local area with ideas on what to do. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would gladly recommend.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
