Wonderfully designed cosy stone built house set in a big olive yard. In the middle of Rhodes, on a quiet location, about 15 km from Rhodes town. The house has a lovely garden, a vegetable garden. One can walk around for hours in the surroundings, relax on the veranda, or make a fantastic barbecue outside. If you are looking for a real relaxing holiday away from all the tourist hassle, then this is the right place for you. you can stroll along the olive land, watch the different types of chickens, get fresh eggs, take a dip in the swimming pool, and lie and relax on one of the sun loungers. Especially the double hanging bed will invite you to take it easy and to swing with the wind, while you are sleeping or dozing off. what a way to spend your holiday.

If you rent this traditional village house on Rhodes, then you will never regret the moment you did. The prices are based on the occupation of 4 persons. Above 4 persons an extra amount of 70 euros is charged per person per week.

We ask a one time fee of 80 euros for final cleaning. Air-con is optional at a 12 euros fee per night. One can order extra cleaning for 60 euros per time. Damage deposit is 250 euros.

We ask down payment of 30 % of the total rental price

We rent our houses out in the winter time as well. We do winter holiday rent. On a monthly basis. Rhodes is an island very much in the south with 300 days of sun all year. The island facilities are great, with daily flights to every country in europe, and with one general hospital, and one exquisite private clinic.

There are 2 seperate bedroom where nobody passes through, and both have their own entrance.The third bedroom was a living room before and as a separate bedroom.One can pass through this bedroom to go to the other bedrooms, but the other bedrooms can also both be reached from an outside door. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. So 2 bedrooms can be called master bedroom, and the third bedroom i would say is not a master bedroom.
