There is a large garden to play, parking for each apartment in shadow, barbecue. You will have a stunning sea view and easy access to 3 beaches - one small beach (Capo Perla) and two bigger ones (Straccoligno and Naregno). This are all sandy beaches. Little supermarket at Naregno - to get everything in the morning you need. Near to Capoliveri (2 km) - there are all shops you need and restaurants - a small authentic Italian village - you will love it! The place is calm - even in summer!!

3 beaches are directly below you and the houses - one small beach (Capo Perla), Straccoligno (2 restaurants) and Naregno (with a little supermarket), all sandy beaches. The houses are situated on a large ground (perfect to play on), with barbecue and showers. In Capoliveri you can buy everything you need (about 4 km). By car you can reach easily lots and lots of different beaches and a lot of typical Italian villages.

More information: You will like the houses and you will come back - nearly everybody gets in love with the island and its people! We come there it's 17 years now! The water is really clear, there are a lot of nice little romantic villages - not too far away - you can make a tour round the island in about 4 hours by car! The ferry is not expensive and takes only 1 hour - please ask us - we will help you and answer all your questions - before you go (even on telphone) or when you need help in Italy we're always available by phone. the owner of the houses is a friend of us - he will be there to help you, too. We meanwhile had some English people - even honeymooners! So the tipps for you (with all that stuff, where we think you should buy your bread, what you could do with children/ without, which beaches we think you should go to with small children, shopping tipps) from us and our Italian friends are available for you in English, too.

Die Beschreibung entspricht den Tatsachen. Wundervoll ist bei den Wohnungen im ersten Stock die riesige Terasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer und Porto Azzuro. die Terasse ist eine große Terasse für beide Wohnungen im 1. OG. Dies ist aber auf Grund der Größe nicht weiter störend. Strände sind sehr gut vom Haus erreichbar. Durch die Lage am Hang kann man sich Strandbetrieb aber auch wunderbar entziehen und auf der Terasse das Geschehn erhaben von oben beobachten.
